It’s your chance to shape your healthcare!
A PPG brings together patients, carers, and community members to work with the GP practice—sharing ideas, raising issues, and improving the patient experience.
-
Speak up - Share honest feedback from a patient’s perspective
-
Shape services - Help influence how care is delivered and improved
-
Spread the word - Promote health awareness and education
-
Bridge the gap - Strengthen communication between the practice and patients
Any patient registered with the practice is welcome to join.
We also encourage carers and members of the wider community to get involved.
We value diverse voices -people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities are encouraged to take part and help shape the future of our services.
PPG meetings bring together the Practice GP, Practice Manager, patients, carers, and community members.
Led by the Patient Chair or Practice Manager, meetings follow a set agenda and usually last 30 to 60 minutes.
It’s your chance to share ideas, raise concerns, and help shape better care - all in under an hour!
The group decides the schedule, but we aim to meet every quarter - either in person at the practice or virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
